In the production process, POOLUX is equipped with a 200㎡ constant temperature and dust-free dispensing workshop (20–25℃) and has introduced three advanced dispensing machines, which can complete the dispensing of more than 900 lamps per day. Combined with professional waterproof testing and airtightness testing equipment, we comprehensively ensure the waterproof performance of the lamps from structural design to production process, meeting the high standards required for commercial swimming pools and long-term underwater use.
We have established a comprehensive quality management system, implementing IQC, IPQC, and OQC quality control throughout the entire process from raw materials to finished products. Key raw materials are sourced from internationally renowned suppliers, and all finished products undergo 100% waterproof testing, light efficacy testing, and 48-hour aging testing before shipment.
