Customer Visit After the Exhibition: Building Trust Through Our LED Pool Light Production Process
After the exhibition, Poolux welcomed customers from Asia and the Middle East to visit our LED pool light showroom, production line, testing process, and packaging quality.
They came to our showroom and factory to learn more about our LED pool light products, production process, quality control system, and OEM/ODM capabilities.
During the visit, we showed customers our full production workflow, from LED board and driver assembly to aging tests, glue filling, laser marking, waterproof testing, and final packaging inspection. This transparent process helped customers understand how Poolux controls product quality at every step.
Visiting the Poolux LED Pool Light Showroom
We first guided customers through our showroom, where they viewed different models of LED swimming pool lights. We introduced product features, lighting effects, installation options, and application scenarios for private pools, hotel pools, villa pools, commercial pools, and water feature projects.
The showroom visit allowed customers to see the products directly and better understand which solutions fit their local markets.
From Assembly to 48-Hour Aging Test
After the showroom tour, we brought customers to the production area. We introduced the assembly process of the LED board and driver, two key components that affect brightness, stability, heat dissipation, and product lifespan.
After assembly, every LED pool light passed a 48-hour aging test. This process helps us check product stability under continuous operation and identify potential issues before the next production stage.
QC Inspection and Automatic Glue Filling
Once the aging test is completed, our QC team inspects the products carefully. Only qualified products move to the glue filling process.
Poolux has an independent glue filling room equipped with three fully automatic glue filling machines. This helps improve accuracy, reduce manual errors, and ensure stable sealing performance. For underwater lighting products, reliable sealing is essential for long-term waterproof performance.
After glue filling, the products return to the QC department for another inspection. We check the glue filling quality, appearance, and sealing condition before moving to the next step.
Laser Marking and OEM/ODM Customization
After passing QC inspection, the products enter the laser marking process. We mark product parameters clearly and permanently on the housing.
For customers who need OEM/ODM LED pool light** services, Poolux can also laser mark the customer’s logo on the product. This helps distributors, contractors, and brand owners build a more professional product image in their markets.
Air-Tightness Waterproof Testing and Product Assurance
Next, each product goes through an air-tightness waterproof test. As a professional LED pool light manufacturer, Poolux uses this test to verify sealing performance and provide stronger product assurance before shipment.
Customers watched the testing process on-site and were satisfied with our quality control standards. The test showed them that Poolux focuses not only on product appearance, but also on long-term reliability and safety.
Packaging Quality That Meets Export Standards
Customers also tested our inner boxes and outer cartons during the visit. They checked the structure, strength, and protective performance of our packaging.
For export orders, packaging quality is just as important as product quality. LED pool lights may go through long-distance transportation, handling, stacking, and storage before reaching the customer. Reliable packaging helps reduce damage risks and improves the final delivery experience.
After testing our inner boxes and outer cartons, customers were very satisfied with our packaging quality.
