After gathering in the morning, the team set off by bus. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was relaxed and lively. Colleagues who are usually busy with work quickly switched into “entertainment mode,” turning the bus into a moving karaoke room.

On the second morning, the team entered the tea plantation for a highly anticipated tea-picking experience.
Among the tea fields, everyone picked fresh tea leaves by hand, enjoying the fresh air and the joy of manual labor. Under the guidance of professionals, they also experienced a simplified tea-making process, including fixing, rolling, and initial shaping of the tea leaves.
This process not only helped everyone relax but also provided a deeper appreciation for traditional craftsmanship and the idea of “slow living.”
